What We Believe

We believe that there is one true and holy Creator, Yahweh who eternally exists.  Gen.1:1, 26, 27; 3:22; Psalm 90:2; Matt: 28:19

We believe that the Bible is the inspired and infallible word of Yahweh 2 Tim. 3:16

We believe that sin came into the world as a result of Adam and Eve's disobedience, and consequently all have sinned and are in need of salvation. Gen. 2:17; 3: 1-24; Rom. 5:12; 3:23

We believe that Yahweh sent his Son to pay the full penalty for sin and to rescue humankind from eternal punishment. John 1:29; 3:16; Rom. 5:6-8; 2Cor. 5:21

We believe that the personal name of our Heavenly Father is Yahweh and the name of his Son, our Saviour, is Yahshua. Ex. 3:14-15; Matt. 1:21; John 5:43

We believe that the weekly seventh-day Sabbath (commonly called Saturday) is upheld in both Old and New Testament Scriptures, Ex. 20: 8-11; Mark 2: 27-28; Luke 4:16

We believe that adherence to the law of clean meats in Lev. 11 and Deut. 14 remains in effect and binding in our era, and that it is important to our physical health. 2 Cor. 6:16-18

We believe that the Holy Spirit is the mighty power from the Heavenly Father and the Messiah dwelling within us so that we may have the ability and strength to bring our lives into a state of Holiness pleasing to our Heavenly Father.  John 14:15-27; Acts 19: 1-6; 8: 14-24; 2: 38; 5:32;  1 Timothy 4:14.
